Total treasure earned by Benjamin:      376 GP

The tithing requirements are 10% of all treasure gained, or 37 GP 12 SP in this particular case. Benjamin's total tithe has been only 20 SP in value. That leaves 36 GP and 8 SP to be accounted for.

Benjamin doesn't have enough personal wealth to cover this outstanding balance (with only 17 GP, 1 SP, 1 CP to his name), but he strongly believes that the party should be more pious and donate funds (at least 19 GP and 7 SP in addition to his own money) to the local church of St Cuthbert, or some other good cause. It's not right that the party is finding so much money and just squandering it on armour, ink, spells, and ale.
