If Benjamin should die and there's no possibility of his being raised, then his body is to be returned to the church in Hommlet and all of his possessions handed to Priest Calmert for distribution.
If possible, his entire estate - less a 10% tithe of his remaining assets - is to be passed on to his elder sister Elizabeth.
Where this proves impractical then any coinage is to be donated to the church in Hommlet to continue the work of St Cuthbert, while all other possessions should be passed to the party's kitty to aid future adventurers seeking to stamp out evil.
